In the course of your registration you will receive our bonus card. Once you have earned 500 points with your card, you have reached level I and activated the redeem feature of your card; now you can use your points.

With each overnight stay at Boutique Hotel i31, with each drink bought at the bar and every other euro spent in the hotel you earn points subjects to the terms of use. Once you have reached level I of the i31 benefit program you can redeem the points at Boutique Hotel i31.

• level I = minimum 500 points

As a i31 benefit programme level I member you can use your points for the following:

• Upgrade to the next higher available category
• Drinks at the Cozy Bar
• Snacks at the i31 Cozy Bar
• Bottle of wine or Prosecco
• Speciality teas and coffees
• Products and services of selected partners (coming soon)

We regularly unlock more benefits for you and keep you up to date about our i31 benefit program. You can view your points balance at any time on our i31 benefit program website. Open i31.secucard.de and enter your card number.

From level II of our i31 benefit program, you have exclusive privileges which will make your stay at Boutique Hotel i31 even more pleasant.

You can only collect points for yourself. The card is tied to a specific person, which means the points cannot be redeemed by a third person. The points count as follows:

• €1 = 1 point*

*This does not include turnover from third-party providers or costs for external services, such as city tax.

You can redeem your points for overnight stays*. Please note that points can only be redeemed if you book directly, over phone, by email or through our website chat. Please note, that points cannot be redeemed for group bookings

• € 1= 10 points

This translates to: you will need 1.000 points for a night worth €100 or a €10 bar bill requires 100 points.

The i31 benefit program gives you plenty of time to redeem your points. The points are valid for 24 months, after which they expire.
