The Boutique Hotel i31 has seven room categories.
Located on the lower floors is the Pure Cozy category overlooking the busy street in front of the hotel, which offer all the amenities of a modern and functionally furnished hotel room.
Our standard category Pure (floor 1-3) is furnished in a modern and functional style. All rooms are decorated in green and white, with a beautiful view on our backyard garden.
Business guests can relax in our Cozy Comfort category overlooking the busy street in front of the hotel. These modern hotel rooms combine high-quality interior and bathroom toiletries from "Stop The Water While Using Me".
Our spacious White Comfort category has a higher quality interior and features next to a beautiful courtyard garden view additional amenities such as a Tassimo coffee and tea maker "Stop The Water While Using Me" toiletries. The category Brown Comfort is decorated in warm colors and offers the same advantages than the White Comfort category. Both Comfort categories are on the upper floors of a total of 7 floors.
The Container Comfort category are our most extraordinary rooms which are located on the rooftop of the neighbouring building (3. Floor) with view on the inner courtyard. Additionally, each container has a small terrace which is surrounded by a lovingly laid out garden.
Our Comfort Plus category is our top category, which offers more space and all the advantages of our Comfort category as well.
For a guaranteed and the non-refundable reservations we require a credit card for the completion of the booking.
In case of arrival past 6 pm we might have to give the room back into the sale – depending on availability.
The Boutique Hotel i31 owns a underground parking garage and provides 12 parking spot. Due to the limited number we cannot accept upfront-reservation.
We charge € 15.00 per night and car.
We have modern city bikes ready to rent out for a daily rate of € 12.00. Additionally, e-scooters and e-cars can be used for free.

The Hotel i31 offers you a healthy and sumptuous breakfast buffet. Guests of the hotel and other visitors have breakfast for € 21.00 per person. Upon prior reservation, hotel guests can have breakfast for € 18.00 per person. Children between 1 and 11 years pay € 1.00 per year of life. (1 year = € 1.00, 2 years = € 2.00 etc). From 12 years old, the full price applies.
For the small appetite we recommend a small breakfast for € 8.50 per person.
We welcome you to enjoy on weekdays from 6:30 am to 10:30 am and on weekends until 12:00 pm. You’ll find more information about breakfast here.
Extra beds can be added in some of the room categories for € 40.00 per night. Please be aware that not all categories are suitable for extra bedding. Please contact our reservation department (reservation@hotel-i31.de or +49 30 33 84 00 200) to ensure that your chosen room is spacious enough for an extra bed.
Children up to 6 years can stay for free in their parents’ room. Baby beds are available free of charge for our guests.

In January 2014 Berlin introduced an overnight accommodation tax of 5% on the net room rate. Paid overnight stays in an accommodation facility are exempt from tax if the reason for the stay is exclusively professional or company-related.
The necessity of such stays must be proven to the accommodation facility in question. Delivering evidence to the providing accommodation is optional. This evidence exclusively serves to determine whether the overnight accommodation tax must be imposed.
Those who do not agree are obliged to pay the overnight accommodation tax. The City of Berlin may check evidence for its correctness. In case of incorrect of falsified evidence, the guest may be held liable for avoiding tax. By presenting incorrect evidence you may be committing a contravention or criminal offence.
